Timelines and process, straight answers
What to expect once you reach out.
How long does a typical website project take?
Most projects wrap up in 3 to 6 weeks, depending on how fast you get us content like text and photos. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start, so you know what to expect.
What does the design process look like from start to finish?
We start with a conversation about your business and goals. Then we build a design for your review. You give feedback, we refine, and once you're happy, we launch. You're involved at every step.
Will I have to handle a lot of the setup myself?
No. We handle the technical side, from domain and hosting setup to building the site pages. We'll ask you for practical things like your business hours and service details, but you won't need to touch code.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
We work with you until the site feels right, and we don't nickel-and-dime you on revisions during the build. Our goal is a site you're proud to send customers to, not one you settle for.
How fast will you reply when I have a question?
We're a small local team, so you talk directly with us, not a ticket system. Expect a response within one business day, usually much faster during work hours.
What happens after my website goes live?
Your site doesn't have to be on its own. We offer ongoing monitoring plans to keep an eye on uptime and performance. If something looks off, we catch it early and let you know.
